Nava Certus 1.6 is now available as a fully supported download. We now add support for SharePoint and OneDrive as migration targets. Today we’re releasing Nava SIEM Agent 1.2. This version supports long-awaited functionality, including support for Amazon CloudTrail and output to Syslog. Amazon AWS and Google Apps are two of the most popular cloud services that offer an API or method of retrieving audit logs.
We’re happy to announce an update to Nava SIEM Agent, our cloud security and audit log retrieval solution. Since Nava SIEM Agent is a relatively new product, we want to answer some frequently asked questions about it in this post. Customers using Nava Certus, may have noticed a few logistical complications with extremely large migrations. If a migration was large and the source files were still in use by users, then by the time you migrate the data there will be new versions of some files at the source. In the past, we recommended to split up migrations into manageable chunks and to enforce a ‘freeze’ on the source during the migration.
Google Drive Migration Prior to releasing Nava Certus in June/July this year, we conducted a study of the cloud storage and data migration market in an effort to determine our pricing strategy. This was not an easy task since there weren’t (and still aren’t) that many commercially available tools for migrating data to cloud storage and specifically to Google Drive.
